The Work

• Reporting on OTC Positions – Prepare and deliver reports on OTC derivative positions using client-specific formats and data.
• Booking OTC Transactions – Perform booking of externally executed OTC trades in SCD systems.
• Monitoring Middle Office Activities – Oversee outsourced Middle Office operations (State Street), including pairing in TriOptima, managing cash flow escalations, and controlling paper confirmations.
• Performing EMIR Controls – Conduct EMIR-related controls on OTC valuations to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Monitoring Risk & Limits – Track and report residual exposures, counterparty limits, and associated risks, escalating where required.
• Reconciliation & Analysis Support – Assist in activities related to back-office or front-office tool migrations, including reconciliation and cross-system data analysis.
• Stakeholder Collaboration – Liaise with Front Office, Technology, Risk, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
• Process Improvement – Strengthen and maintain process documentation to support operational excellence.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Experience & Education – Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in Asset Management or Investment Banking, with exposure to: OTC derivatives booking, Pricing or valuation, Cash flow calculations.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong understanding of front-to-back processes for OTC derivatives.
• Knowledge of OTC derivatives pricing and analytics.
• Advanced Excel skills (VBA is a plus).
