Accenture Operations in Poland seeks a seasoned professional to monitor trade flows and oversee Middle Office activities, ensuring timely settlement across asset classes. The role requires 5+ years in Financial Services, fluent English, and a degree in Business/Finance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Monitor trade flows and oversee daily Middle Office activities (outsourced operations).
• Ensure timely matching and settlement of transactions across a wide range of asset classes, including derivatives and OTC products.
• Investigate and resolve queries from both internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Identify, report, and help resolve failed trades, as well as manage late trading and missed cut-offs.
• Support the CSDR penalty process, including tracking, controls, and reporting.
• Handle incidents and claims, making sure they are resolved efficiently.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports to support business needs.
• Maintain and improve process documentation, contributing to ongoing enhancements.
• Support risk management and audit reviews.
• Assist with operational and system migration projects (e.g. FX trade rebooking, mutual fund setup, front-office tools).
• The work location for this role includes a mix of working remotely and in an Accenture office in Warsaw or Gdansk (50/50 hybrid model).

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

Education &Experience

• Degree in Business/Finance or related field or proven experience in similar position

• At least 5 years of experience in Financial Services gathered in custodian, broker or asset management company

• Fluent English both oral and written

Knowledge & Skills

• Excellent understanding of trade life cycle and market practices in the settlements area

• Good understanding of Front to Back process in Asset Management

• Working knowledge of equities, bonds, FX, repos and derivatives

• Bloomberg knowledge is a plus
