Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking an Education Manager for Professional Oral Care in Warsaw to drive awareness and usage of our products among dental professionals. You will deliver educational programs online and offline, and present scientific content at talks and congresses.

You will also build relationships with influencers, collaborate with external partners, and support internal teams with content in collaboration with Scientific Affairs.

Qualifications

• Background in dentistry or health sciences (degree preferred).
• Experience delivering scientific or educational presentations to professional audiences.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable with diverse audiences.
• Experience working with dental professionals, universities, or professional associations is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging educational programs (online & offline) to dentists, students and other dental professionals.
• Present scientific and product content through talks, webinars, and congresses (face-to-face and digital).
• Build and manage relationships with dental and non-dental influencers, speakers, and key opinion leaders to grow brand ambassadorship.
• Cooperate with external partners and dental public health structures to drive advocacy and recommendations.
• Lead the organization of educational events and presence at relevant congresses and conventions.
• Capture and track activities and customer interactions in C4C and report on key performance indicators.
• Support and train internal teams with scientific and educational content in collaboration with Scientific Affairs.
