Colgate-Palmolive in Warsaw seeks an Education Manager, Professional Oral Care to lead educational programs for dentists and dental professionals and to advance brand advocacy with thought leaders. The role requires travel up to 75% and involves presenting science-based content and coordinating events.

The ideal candidate has a background in dentistry or health sciences, strong presentation skills, and experience working with universities or professional associations.

• Lead the organization of educational events and presence at relevant congresses and conventions.
• Capture and track activities and customer interactions in C4C and report on key performance indicators.
• Support and train internal teams with scientific and educational content in collaboration with Scientific Affairs.

Education Manager, Professional Oral Care (F/M)

Salary: 9 000 - 11 600 PLN gross monthly

Key Responsibilities

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Salary Range: 9 000 - 11 600 PLN gross monthly

The salary level is determined by the objective evaluation of the position's requirements, such as required skills, effort, responsibility, and working conditions, which places the role into a specific level within the company's compensation framework.

Employees will also be eligible to theannual bonus plan - on target 8% of base annual salary linked to company and individual performance.

The conditions of payment of the salary and benefits referred to above are regulated by the Employer’s Remuneration regulations which shall be submitted to employment candidates at the later stage of the recruitment process.
