Job summary
Align Technology is seeking a Head of Clinical for Poland to lead the clinical team, drive education initiatives for orthodontists and general practitioners, and align clinical strategies with commercial goals. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and regional leaders to ensure high-quality clinical education and support across the market.
The role requires a Master’s degree in dentistry or related field, 6–10 years of clinical experience with at least 3 years in leadership, and fluency
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Dentistry or related field.
- 6–10 years of experience in clinical roles with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record in clinical education and cross-functional collaboration.
- Fluent in English and Polish; additional languages a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop Clinical team in Poland, including Liaisons and Trainers.
- Deliver and oversee clinical education programs for orthodontists and general practitioners.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to drive adoption and insights.
- Collaborate with regional/global clinical leaders to align on best practices.
- Monitor clinical KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
