Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive Poland is seeking an Education Manager to drive awareness and adoption of our consumer and professional oral care products among dentists, students, and dental professionals. You will deliver engaging educational programs online and offline, present scientific content at talks and webinars, and build relationships with key opinion leaders to grow brand ambassadorship.

Qualifications

• Background in dentistry, dental hygiene, health sciences, or related field preferred.
• Experience delivering scientific/educational presentations to professional audiences.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with audiences of varying sizes.
• Experience working with dental professionals, universities, or professional associations is a plus.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers and partners.
• Strong organizational skills; able to plan and execute events independently.
• Comfortable with digital tools and platforms (webinars, online education, CRM such as C4C).

Our requirements

• Background in dentistry, dental hygiene, health sciences, or related field (degree preferred).
• Experience delivering scientific or educational presentations to professional audiences.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable with large and small audiences.
• Experience working with dental professionals, universities, or professional associations is a strong plus.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers and partners.
• Strong organizational skills; able to plan and execute events and projects independently.
• Comfortable working with digital tools and platforms (webinars, online education, CRM such as C4C).

• We are looking for an Education Manager to drive awareness, recommendation and usage of our consumer and professional oral care products among future and practicing dental professionals.
• The salary level is determined by the objective evaluation of the position's requirements, such as required skills, effort, responsibility, and working conditions, which places the role into a specific level within the company's compensation framework.
• Employees will also be eligible to the annual bonus plan - on target 8% of base annual salary linked to company and individual performance.
• The conditions of payment of the salary and benefits referred to above are regulated by the Employer’s Remuneration regulations which shall be submitted to employment candidates at the later stage of the recruitment process.
