• High autonomy, drive, and accountability; capable of moving projects forward.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication across marketing and regional hubs.
• Proven adaptability and comfort undergoing transformation and process change.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management and drive end-to-end marketing execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure on-time tasks.
• Hands-on execution of essential marketing and scientific deliverables.
• Define and harmonize new processes to improve agility and speed-to-market.
• Collaborate with Hub Execution Excellence teams to complete milestones.
