Colgate-Palmolive in Warsaw, Poland, offers a Marketing Intern Europe Division role within the EMEA Oral Care Brand Team. You will support brand planning, digital activations and go-to-market activities to help achieve short- and long-term business goals.

Working in a cross-functional team, you will assist New Product Development, collaborate with Local/Global Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, Legal, Supply Chain, and Online Acceleration Center, and help identify growth opportunities while gaining

Qualifications

• University degree at a minimum, BS degree in marketing or a related field, MBA considered an asset.
• Experience in marketing and in FMCG preferable.
• English fluency is mandated; other European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the team in developing EMEA commercial grids, 5P marketing activities, and digital activations.
• Support New Product Development and activation plans with cross-functional teams (Local/Global Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, Legal, Supply Chain, Online Acceleration Center).
• Collaborate with local teams to manage existing business, drive portfolio harmonization, and identify short-term growth opportunities.
• Actively monitor consumer, market and competitive trends to spot opportunities for growth.
