Job summary

Danfoss is seeking a Delivery Performance Excellence Expert to lead end-to-end supply chain improvements from Grodzisk Mazowiecki. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams and apply Danfoss Business System (DBS) to enhance on-time delivery, reduce gaps, and scale improvements globally.

Hybrid mobility includes up to 70% travel to factories worldwide; when not traveling you may work from home or an Danfoss office.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain management within manufacturing or similar environments.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive results.
• Strong analytical, data-driven approach with good presentation skills.
• Experience with SAP, SAP BI, Power BI and advanced Excel for decision support.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain transformation projects across sites.
• Drive delivery performance improvements using DBS methodologies.
• Implement and strengthen performance management systems with data insights.
• Facilitate Kaizen workshops and process-mapping activities to embed improvements.
• Collaborate with operations, supply chain and support functions to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
