Job summary

Danfoss is seeking a seasoned WAN and connectivity leader to drive the global WAN service strategy and lifecycle. You will manage ISP relationships, contracts, and governance while translating business needs into scalable, secure connectivity solutions across regions.

You will collaborate with regional teams, architects, and external partners to ensure resilient, future-ready network infrastructure. Travel of 10–20 days/year is expected in this hybrid role across Grodzisk Mazowiecki or other

Qualifications

Proven experience in managing enterprise WAN services, including ISP relationships, vendor management, contracts, and SLA governance.
Strong knowledge of WAN, SD-WAN, internet and carrier services, with working understanding of LAN, WLAN, VPN, and cloud connectivity.
Experience developing service roadmaps, lifecycle strategies, budgets, business cases, and governance frameworks.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions in a global, cross-functional environment.
Professional proficiency in English and willingness to travel globally approximately 10–20 days per year.

Responsibilities

Define and lead the global WAN service strategy, roadmap, lifecycle, and service improvement priorities to deliver reliable and future-ready connectivity services.
Manage relationships with ISPs, carriers, and technology providers, driving service quality, contract management, performance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and resilient connectivity solutions, ensuring services meet operational and strategic needs.
Oversee service governance, including SLAs, KPIs, budget planning, business cases, risk management, and operational readiness for new or enhanced services.
Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to support broader network infrastructure initiatives, including WAN, SD-WAN, LAN, WLAN, VPN, cloud, and data center connectivity.
