Job summary

Danfoss is seeking an experienced leader to own the global datacenter service strategy and lifecycle. You will shape secure, resilient infrastructure supporting critical applications worldwide, and collaborate across Architecture, Operations, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Procurement and Finance.

You will manage partnerships, drive modernization, and set priorities with autonomy in a hybrid, multi-office environment, including Grodzisk Mazowiecki. Approximately 10–20 travel days are expected yearly.

Qualifications

• Requires IT infrastructure or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience managing enterprise datacenter services, suppliers and infrastructure.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, professional English.

Responsibilities

• Own the global datacenter service strategy, roadmap and lifecycle with modernization and standardization.
• Translate business and site needs into scalable, secure datacenter services and capacity plans.
• Define and monitor service levels, availability targets, KPIs, risks and supplier performance; drive improvements.
• Manage strategic technology partnerships, contracts, renewals, budgets, forecasts and business cases with Procurement and Finance.
• Guide new and updated services from design through operational readiness with clear acceptance criteria.
