Job summary

Danfoss is seeking a Process Consultant for Inbound and Production Planning to drive SAP S/4HANA PP & PUR processes across our global supply chain. You will bridge business requirements with IT, implement configurations, and ensure successful adoption in a complex manufacturing environment.

You will lead workshops, support testing and go‑live activities, and continuously improve processes with KPI‑driven insights.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Process Consultant, SAP Consultant or similar role in SAP environments.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA PP and PUR and end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Experience with SAP implementations, rollouts, enhancements or process adoption.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

The Impact You'll Make

As our Process Consultant – SAP S/4HANA PP & PUR, you’ll help ensure that defined supply chain processes are successfully implemented, adopted and continuously improved across Danfoss. You’ll work at the intersection of business processes and SAP S/4HANA, helping teams translate established ways of working into effective day-to-day operations.

Your impact? You’ll make sure that processes work not only on paper, but also in practice — supporting implementations and rollouts, helping users understand and adopt the processes, and identifying opportunities to make existing solutions work better.

This is a role for someone who enjoys making things happen: bringing people together, explaining processes, solving issues and helping the organization consistently apply agreed ways of working. Over time, there is also an opportunity to take broader ownership and become a key person for the PP/PUR process area.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support the implementation and rollout of established PP and PUR processes in SAP S/4HANA, ensuring they are correctly understood, configured and adopted by the business.
• Work closely with business users and IT to translate defined process requirements into effective SAP solutions, supporting configuration, testing, UAT and go-live activities.
• Facilitate workshops, process discussions and training sessions, helping users understand how processes work and how SAP supports their daily activities.
• Monitor how processes perform in practice, resolve issues and clarify process-related questions, working with the right stakeholders to ensure consistent application across teams and locations.
• Identify opportunities to continuously improve existing processes and SAP solutions, using feedback, KPIs and user experience to make established ways of working more efficient and effective.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Process Consultant, SAP Consultant or similar role, with hands‑on experience supporting business processes in an SAP environment.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP) and Procurement (PUR) and a good understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain processes.
• Experience with SAP implementations, rollouts, enhancements or process adoption, including requirements gathering, testing and supporting users through change.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills — you enjoy talking to people, facilitating discussions and helping others understand processes and systems.
• A structured, hands‑on and proactive approach. You are comfortable working with established processes and standards, while also looking for practical ways to improve them when needed.

Nice to have: a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT or a related field, experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies, and additional language skills.
