Job summary

Danfoss GmbH in Grodzisk Mazowiecki, Poland, is seeking an MT Engineer to join the Climate Solutions segment. You will work hands-on with machines and processes, driving improvements to safety, quality, productivity and cost.

You will lead technical projects from concept to handover, apply Lean and Kaizen methods, optimize production, and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams. This role is on-site with growth opportunities and a supportive engineering culture.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, and CPK.
• Good command of Polish and English; continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical and production improvement projects, incl. process optimization and OEE initiatives.
• Optimize machines and processes for reliability, quality, efficiency and performance.
• Plan and deliver CAPEX projects from concept to handover to production.
• Use Lean, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement methods to improve safety and cost.
• Provide hands-on technical support to production and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams.
