Helprise is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with strong Scrum Master capabilities to drive IT Quality & Regulatory product delivery. You will orchestrate cross-functional teams, ensure predictable releases, and apply Agile, Scrum, and SAFe practices in regulated environments.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as Delivery Manager, IT Project Manager, or Scrum Master in complex IT/software delivery.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe with multi-team coordination.
• Experience managing end-to-end software delivery, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Understanding of testing processes, UAT, defect triage, and release readiness.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence; familiarity with ePPM is a plus.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management with accountability.
• Ability to identify issues early and elevate risks effectively.
• Structured, proactive, results-oriented approach focused on delivery predictability.
• Excellent communication with technical teams, Product Owners, and leadership.
• Experience in regulated/industrial environments (pharma/chemical/manufacturing) is desirable.

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager with strong Scrum Master capabilities to drive the delivery of IT products within Quality & Regulatory domains. The role focuses on coordinating cross-functional product teams, managing delivery governance, and ensuring predictable, high-quality releases using Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies. Experience in software testing, product simulation, or complex industrial environments, such as pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing, would be a strong advantage. The successful candidate will proactively manage dependencies, risks, and delivery commitments while ensuring transparency, accountability, and alignment across teams and stakeholders.

YOU WILL

• Own delivery governance, release readiness, and go/no-go processes, ensuring that entry and exit criteria are met and decisions are properly documented.
• Drive end-to-end delivery execution across product teams, Agile Release Trains (ARTs), and dependent workstreams, from planning and design through production release.
• Facilitate Agile and Scrum ceremonies, support sprint planning and execution, and promote continuous improvement across delivery teams.
• Coordinate prioritization and planning activities with Product Owners, Stream Leads, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Coordinate testing activities, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) readiness, defect triage, business sign-offs, and release preparation.
• Ensure backlog health, sprint readiness, and consistent use of Jira and Confluence to maintain transparency and execution discipline.
• Build a strong understanding of the product roadmap, business context, and operating model to effectively challenge assumptions and support delivery teams.
• Provide clear, data-driven reporting on delivery progress, risks, milestones, decisions, and release readiness to leadership.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date delivery documentation in Jira, Confluence, ePPM, or other designated project management tools.
• Uphold delivery standards and ensure that releases are postponed when mandatory readiness criteria are not met.

YOU NEED

• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, IT Project Manager, or Scrum Master in complex IT or software delivery environments.
• Strong practical knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe frameworks, including experience coordinating delivery across multiple teams or workstreams.
• Experience managing end-to-end software delivery, release planning, delivery milestones, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• Understanding of software testing processes, test management, defect triage, UAT, and production release readiness.
• Experience working with Jira and Confluence; familiarity with ePPM or similar portfolio and project management tools is an advantage.
• Strong facilitation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive accountability without direct line management authority.
• Ability to identify delivery issues early, challenge unrealistic commitments, and elevate risks effectively.
• A structured, proactive, and results-oriented approach, with a strong focus on delivery predictability, documentation, and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical teams, Product Owners, business stakeholders, and senior leadership.
• Experience in regulated or complex industrial environments, particularly pharmaceutical, chemical, manufacturing, or similar production settings, is highly desirable.
