Helprise is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with strong Scrum Master capabilities to drive IT product delivery in regulated or complex industrial settings. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage delivery governance, and ensure high-quality releases using Agile, Scrum, and SAFe.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, IT Project Manager, or Scrum Master in complex IT or software delivery environments.
• Strong practical knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe frameworks and coordinating delivery across multiple teams.
• Experience managing end-to-end software delivery, release planning, milestones, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• Understanding of software testing processes, test management, defect triage, UAT, and production release readiness.
• Experience working with Jira and Confluence; familiarity with ePPM or similar portfolio and project management tools is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to drive accountability without direct line management authority.

• Coordinate testing activities, UAT readiness, defect triage, business sign-offs, and release preparation.
• Ensure backlog health, sprint readiness, and use of Jira/Confluence for transparency.
• Build understanding of product roadmap and operating model to challenge assumptions.
• Provide data-driven reporting on progress, risks, milestones, and release readiness.
• Maintain delivery documentation in Jira, Confluence, ePPM or designated tools.
• Uphold delivery standards and postpone releases if readiness criteria are not met.

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager with strong Scrum Master capabilities to drive the delivery of IT products within Quality & Regulatory domains. The role focuses on coordinating cross-functional product teams, managing delivery governance, and ensuring predictable, high-quality releases using Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies. Experience in software testing, product simulation, or complex industrial environments, such as pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing, would be a strong advantage. The successful candidate will proactively manage dependencies, risks, and delivery commitments while ensuring transparency, accountability, and alignment across teams and stakeholders.

YOU WILL

• Own delivery governance, release readiness, and go/no-go processes, ensuring that entry and exit criteria are met and decisions are properly documented.
• Drive end-to-end delivery execution across product teams, Agile Release Trains (ARTs), and dependent workstreams, from planning and design through production release.
• Facilitate Agile and Scrum ceremonies, support sprint planning and execution, and promote continuous improvement across delivery teams.
• Coordinate prioritization and planning activities with Product Owners, Stream Leads, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Coordinate testing activities, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) readiness, defect triage, business sign-offs, and release preparation.
• Ensure backlog health, sprint readiness, and consistent use of Jira and Confluence to maintain transparency and execution discipline.
• Build a strong understanding of the product roadmap, business context, and operating model to effectively challenge assumptions and support delivery teams.
• Provide clear, data-driven reporting on delivery progress, risks, milestones, decisions, and release readiness to leadership.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date delivery documentation in Jira, Confluence, ePPM, or other designated project management tools.
• Uphold delivery standards and ensure that releases are postponed when mandatory readiness criteria are not met.

• Experience working with Jira and Confluence; familiarity with ePPM or similar portfolio and project management tools is an advantage.
• Strong facilitation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive accountability without direct line management authority.
• Ability to identify delivery issues early, challenge unrealistic commitments, and elevate risks effectively.
• A structured, proactive, and results-oriented approach, with a strong focus on delivery predictability, documentation, and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical teams, Product Owners, business stakeholders, and senior leadership.
• Experience in regulated or complex industrial environments, particularly pharmaceutical, chemical, manufacturing, or similar production settings, is highly desirable.
