Job summary

Ciklum is seeking a Delivery Manager to join our Poland team fully remote. You will lead cross‑functional squads, align with clients and stakeholders, and drive delivery excellence across multiple initiatives.

Requirements include 4+ years in IT project delivery, Agile/Scrum experience, and collaboration with BAs, Architects and Tech Leads. The role emphasizes effective communication, risk management, and maintaining delivery dashboards.

Qualifications

4+ years of IT project delivery, coordination, or team management.
Experience coordinating teams 20+ FTEs.
Solid understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile delivery lifecycles.
Working knowledge of SDLC and delivery progress monitoring.
Experience with AZDO for tracking and backlog management.
SAFe certification or experience with it.
Bachelor’s/Master's in IT, Business, or related field.
Agile certification recommended (Scrum Master or ICAgile).

Responsibilities

Facilitate all core Scrum events (Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives).
Clear team dependencies and coach blockers to resolve blockers independently.
Partner with BAs, Solution Architects, and Tech Leads to streamline project delivery.
Build trust and manage expectations across a wide range of stakeholders.
Create and maintain progress dashboards and key performance metrics.
Set clear priorities, set team expectations, and drive continuous process improvements.
Support the team in keeping the backlog refined and prioritized.
Maintain a productive, positive working environment under high‑pressure conditions.
Manage team onboarding and offboarding as project needs shift.
Build effective working relationships with client counterparts to support project execution and day‑to‑day coordination.
Define and manage project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resources.
Estimate, plan, and adjust project activities from initiation through completion, ensuring milestones are met.
Track and report project progress, risks, and financials to internal stakeholders and clients using established tools and processes.
Proactively identify and elevate risks or blockers, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to develop solutions.
Coordinate team ramp‑up and onboarding, ensuring alignment with recruitment and delivery setup.
Apply and maintain delivery best practices in tools, processes, and communication flows (e.g. using PRODIGY templates).
Monitor changing client requirements and raise improvement opportunities or service adjustments to senior delivery leads.
Monitor and support team performance to ensure motivation, accountability, and delivery consistency.
Prepare and present project documentation, including reports, dashboards, and meeting materials.
Contribute feedback and suggestions to improve internal processes, tools, and delivery practices across the organization.
Participate in pre-sales and support the creation of delivery proposals that align with client needs and Ciklum’s capabilities.
