Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in project delivery, agile team leadership or IT operations.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in project management and team coordination with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver iterations aligned with business priorities.
• Negotiate priorities, scope, feasibility, and timelines with Product Owners and the team.
• Coordinate collaboration between teams and stakeholders.
• Provide feedback on quality, timeliness, and efficiency.
• Identify and manage project, organizational, technical, and budget risks.
• Remove obstacles and support self-organization of the team.
• Set pace and direction of agile transformation and product-team methods.
• Negotiate cooperation terms, scope of services, budgets, and documentation.
• Manage external vendors and ensure SLAs and follow-through.
• Respond to escalations and resolve cooperation issues.
