Iron Mountain is seeking a capable Project/Program Manager to lead the onboarding of new revenue within the Digital Solutions group for the designated region. You will own end-to-end implementation activities, coordinating customers, sales, and technical resources to deliver on time and within budgets.

You will develop detailed project plans, manage schedules, ensure governance, and drive best practices to maximize customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Provide advanced technical consulting on proposal efforts, solution design, system management and tuning.
• Coordinate with sales and delivery teams to craft relevant, valuable solutions.
• Manage project schedules, budgets and resource utilization.
• Develop detailed project plans and governance artifacts to ensure successful onboarding of customer projects.
