Job summary

Capgemini Krakow is seeking a proactive Executive Support professional to assist the Day-to-Day operations of the Deal Desk. You will manage partner funding inquiries, track incentives, and maintain funding records while driving process improvements and reporting accuracy.

You will coordinate with senior leaders and global partners, require advanced English, and demonstrate strong organizational skills with discretion and independence in a dynamic, international environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operations of the Deal Desk and act as a primary contact for Partners.
• Maintain accurate records of Partner engagements and funding allocations.
• Track funding progress and provide reports on incentive usage and partner engagement.
• Identify trends and provide insights to optimize funding operations.
• Automate processes and improve reporting efficiency; update SOPs.
• Handle escalations and coordinate cross-functional operational issues.

YOUR ROLE

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Deal Desk, acting as a key point of contact for Partners, managing funding-related activities, and ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of incentive programs. You will also drive process improvements, maintain operational documentation, analyze trends, and provide insights to optimize funding operations and partner engagement.

YOUR TASKS

• Handling day-to-day operations of the Deal Desk.
• Maintaining accurate records of Partner engagements and funding allocations.
• Serving as the point of contact for Partners regarding funding enquiries.
• Tracking of Funding progress and Updates.
• Managing operational issues and escalations.
• Generating Reports on Incentive usage and Partner engagement.
• Automating and Process improvements to enhance Reporting efficiency.
• SOP Documentation updating.
• Identifying trends and provide insights for optimizing the Funding operations.

YOUR PROFILE

• Proven experience in executive-level support within a dynamic, international corporate environment.
• Advanced English (C1 level) language skills.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build effective relationships across all organizational levels.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with a track record of managing multiple complex tasks simultaneously.
• High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused mindset.
• Experience in project coordination and administrative process management.
• Ability to work independently and support senior leadership in a dynamic environment.
