Qualifications

  • Finance university degree required.

  • S/4HANA experience is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills.

Responsibilities

  • Executing Material Ledger runs weekly and monthly; perform variance analysis and coordinate CRs.
  • Support the E2E Stream Lead and validate process designs, ensuring alignment with ERP standards.
  • Evaluate impact of new capabilities on the Global template.
  • Act as first contact for deployment DBB training and questions.
  • Lead CRs for product costing and GSIT/LSIT support.
  • Proactive data validation of materials and master data before ML run.
  • Coordinate Group Standard Cost activities across opcos.
  • Document ML and Product Costing processes; maintain BAU documentation.
  • Serve as main contact for inflight opcos on product costing questions.

The COE Product Costing provides expertise in the Product Costing DBB area. As Subject Matter Experts delegated from the Global Functions, the team owns the Product Costing global template and its translation into the ERP platforms. The team works closely with Process Consultants, Business Analysts, and Stream Leads across the StP, DtW, MtC and RtR streams to support end-to-end FP&A Product Costing processes. The primary objective of the COE Product Costing is to drive standardisation, continuous improvement, and the expansion of the global template across the organization. The team has the mandate to propose process improvements and to review requests for temporary derogations for WSB approval. In line with DBB governance, Functional Owners (FOs) remain accountable for the final approval of solutions during WSB (Work Stream Board).

Responsibilities
Defining & Governing the Global template during BAU

Executing Material Ledger (ML) joint runs for the opco clusters on a weekly and monthly basis; Variance Analysis checks, monthly/weekly and ad-hoc (for group valuation), manage related CRs.

  • Supporting the E2E Stream Lead in proactively managing the respective E2E process.
  • Validating the process designs; ensuring standard processes and HEPM are aligned; translating the process standards into solutions in the ERP’s.
Process performance and scope for OpCos in scope BAU

Evaluating if new capabilities have impact on the current Global template.

Deployment
  • Acting as first point of contact for questions, training related to opcos during deployment DBB.
Process governance and change requests during Design phase
  • Contributing and leading CRs/coming changes product costing, executing GSIT (global system integrate testing) as per DBB governance.
Change management
  • Ensuring process changes are properly implemented using the release management procedure.
  • Managing the change associated with capability implementations by
    • Identifying the needs and positions of all interested parties (stakeholders).
    • Creating the sense of urgency.
    • Incorporating change management activities into programme plans to ensure stakeholders understand and support the change journey.
    • Addressing any cultural sensitivities.
  • Joint Material Ledger (ML) Runing, group valuation - Cluster Level: Product Costing COE - responsible for executing Material Ledger (ML) joint runs for the respective cluster on a weekly (pro‑active) & monthly basis (input & prep process ML remains opco responsibility).
  • ML Analysis and Follow‑up: Performing analysis based on weekly ML runs and coordinating with OpCos to implement corrections.
  • COGS Variance Checks: Conduct monthly variance checks for COGS, providing inputs, explanations, and insights to opcos.
  • PPIs Product Costing: Monitoring PPIs related to product costing, and providing relevant input for the preparation of Conformance Decks DBB SO – mark peak work/outside peak.
  • Automated Adhoc Standard Cost: Owning and maintaining the Robot Standard Cost DBB. Product Costing “How to questions”: Serving as the primary contact for SNOW “how‑to” questions related to the Product Costing.
  • Proactive Data Validation: Conducting proactive checks of materials and master data prerequisites to ensure completeness and accuracy before ML run.
  • Group Standard Cost Coordination: Coordinating Group Standard Cost (BrewCo - SellCo) activities among opcos within the cluster, as defined in ARIS (yearly or ad hoc).
  • New Plant Costing: Supporting material costing setup and coordination for new plants within the cluster.
  • Documentation BAU: Creating, updating, and maintaining documentation related to ML and Product Costing processes.
  • Product costing – acting as main point of contact for inflight opcos all questions related to product costing, and supporting during GSIT/LSIT. Contributing and managing CRs related to product costing together with FP&A Design Team.
  • GSIT/LSIT product costing support and execution.
Qualifications
  • Finance University Degree.
  • ACCA/CIMA qualification is an advantage.
  • 8‑10 years’ experience in FMCG and 6 years dedicated experience in Supply Chain Controlling, Product Costing, experience with SAP. Opco experience is an advantage.
