Job summary

Heineken in Kraków is looking for a finance expert to coordinate procurement processes and partner with businesses to optimize financial impacts. You'll be responsible for governance cycles, performance management, and supporting strategic projects in a growing team.

The right candidate will have a Master’s degree in Finance and at least 6 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced FMCG environment. Strong communication skills and advanced Excel capability are essential, with the position offering a hybrid working model.

Your responsibilities would include:

• Governance cycle: coordinates the category related procurement finance governance processes to ensure input cost guidance (AP, SP, ICG’Dec) and monthly procurement outlooks (PRO) are delivered OTIF towards OpCos, Regions, HGP LT and other stakeholders
• Business partnering, advise on critical negotiations financial aspects (commitments, PAF, payment terms) and shape contracts to optimize financial business impact and limit risks. Provide actionable insights. Is member of the Category LT’s / LT‑1
• Maximise business performance, by leading and shaping performance management within the area of responsibility and working closely alongside, challenging and influencing the business
• Support decision making, by developing business cases, providing scenario modelling, reviewing and supporting fund applications, provide internal and external benchmarking and ad hoc analysis
• Project / program work: support strategic projects / programs for HGP or GBC
• Collaboration within the Hub and Process Improvement
• Collaborates closely with other Business Controllers and relevant HGSS Teams to ensure efficiency of key processes
• In collaboration with other Business Controllers, HUB Manager and relevant stakeholders (GBCD, HO MT), standardizes processes and tools to increase productivity and quality of key activities

You are a good candidate if you have:

• Education: Master degree in Finance (business economics or accounting & control) § Work experience: +6 years of relevant experience in Finance within FMCG / Retail (high pace environments)
• Required work experience in field of expertise: Demonstrated experience in business control, finance management and/or managerial reporting of business economical processes and HEINEKEN business systems, experience with procurement processes is a pre.
• Functional skills: Finance knowledge, able to build complex Excel models and able to voice clear story telling based on PowerPoint presentations, experience with Think-Cell and Anaplan is a pre.
• Other skills: Finance knowledge, in-depth understanding of transactional (sales) processes and (HEINEKEN) business systems
