Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków (Heineken Business Services Poland) invites applications from finance professionals to join our Controlling and Reporting team. You will work on data quality, cost allocations, profitability analyses and monthly dashboards to support business decisions across OpCos.

The role requires a strong analytical mindset, advanced Excel, SAP FI/CO knowledge, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement, in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience in controlling, financial analysis, management reporting or finance operations.
• Strong understanding of financial fundamentals, management reporting and business performance management processes.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and data quality.
• Experience working with SAP FI and CO modules; knowledge of SD module will be an advantage.
• Experience in SAP cost allocation processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer service skills.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills enabling effective cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.
• Problem-solving skills with proactive and continuous improvement mindset.
• Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, BLINK, BIS or similar solutions will be an asset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a dynamic environment.
• Project experience, presentation skills or Visual Basic knowledge will be considered an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining controlling cost objects master data and ensuring data quality across financial systems.
• Performing month-end cost allocations from Internal Orders and Cost Centers in line with established procedures.
• Executing profitability data distribution processes across relevant reporting dimensions.
• Performing profitability analysis by customer, product and business segment to support business decision-making.
• Conducting detailed financial analysis, reconciliations and variance investigations to ensure reporting accuracy and data consistency.
• Preparing monthly dashboard reports and management information to monitor key business performance indicators.
• Executing process controls and proactively identifying, reporting and addressing compliance-related issues.
• Identifying process inefficiencies and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across controlling and reporting activities.
• Providing financial insights and profitability analysis to support Country F&A Managers and Business Controllers.
• Handling complex ad hoc controlling, profitability and reporting analyses for OpCo stakeholders.
• Building and maintaining effective working relationships with OpCos and other key stakeholders across the organization.
• Ensuring all activities are performed in compliance with global standards, internal controls, policies and procedures.
• Acting as a trusted business partner by understanding financial implications and providing meaningful business insights.
