Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków (HEINEKEN Global Shared Services) seeks a seasoned FP&A professional to lead Product Costing within the COE. The role drives standardisation of the global template, collaborates with Process Consultants, Business Analysts and Stream Leads, and ensures cost processes are efficient and compliant.

Key tasks include ML runs, variance checks, CR management, training for deployment, and data quality assurance before ML executions. Fluency in English and SAP/S4 experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Finance university degree required.
• ACCA/CIMA qualification is an advantage.
• 8–10 years FMCG experience with 6 years in Supply Chain Controlling, Product Costing, SAP experience.
• S/4HANA experience is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.

Responsibilities

• Executing Material Ledger runs weekly and monthly; perform variance analysis and coordinate CRs.
• Support the E2E Stream Lead and validate process designs, ensuring alignment with ERP standards.
• Evaluate impact of new capabilities on the Global template.
• Act as first contact for deployment DBB training and questions.
• Lead CRs for product costing and GSIT/LSIT support.
• Proactive data validation of materials and master data before ML run.
• Coordinate Group Standard Cost activities across opcos.
• Document ML and Product Costing processes; maintain BAU documentation.
• Serve as main contact for inflight opcos on product costing questions.
