Product Expert (OTC)

Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków seeks an experienced business/functional expert to support ERP transformation and product design within its international shared services. You will drive backlog items, validate CRs/BRDs, and collaborate with Product Owner to deliver new features while ensuring system performance and user adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar position (application/functional expert) in an international shared service or BPO environment.
• Affinity and successful track record with process (OtC, FSCM) related technology and methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of credit, collection and dispute processes and understanding FSCM platform features.
• Proven experience with IT transformational projects and in facilitating design and validation workshops.
• Stakeholder management: ability to build, maintain and enhance collaborative business relationships, including with the OpCo (management) teams.
• Good analytical skills & strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the Global Solution(s) based on the HEINKEN Enterprise Process Model (HEPM).
• Support central business product team in complex queries on product design and deployment.
• Perform primary assessment of product design CRs, BRDs, requests for improvements.
• Lead the development of backlog items confirmed with the Product Owner as new product features.
• Reports on/supports PO ensuring product performance.
• Perform business testing during system upgrades and new functionalities implementation.
• Update central business product team about product developments.
• Deliver trainings to central business product team.
• Develops and coordinates communication materials related to New Ways of Working.
• Update product documentation.
• Produce product engagement materials (demos, Workplace posts, newsletter, sharepoint etc).
• Support BAU team in managing key users community.
• Support Product Owner in any product related activities not mentioned above.
• Identifies improvement opportunities and integrate best practices for future resolution.
• Develops core end to end HEINEKEN process knowledge in the subject area.

Your Responsibilities Would Include

You Are a Good Candidate If You Have

• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar position(application/functional expert) in an international shared service or BPO environment.

It's Good If You Also Have

• Knowledge of HEINEKEN’s operations, preferably at Group and OpCo level.
• Demonstrated multi-cultural experience through international work placements.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (P3M, PMP, Prince, Agile)
• Experience working with structured and unstructured data.
• Functional and technical knowledge of SAP.
