Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and developing analytics teams.
• Track record of influencing senior stakeholders and shaping strategy through data.
• Strong understanding of modern analytics methods: SQL, experimentation, statistics.
• Awareness of AI/LLMs in analytics and how they reshape workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive analytics strategy across acquisition channels and core app experience.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of technical analysts.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Mobile to turn growth questions into data-driven improvements.
• Own end-to-end data solutions from attribution to dashboards used in decision making.
