Job summary

Surfshark is seeking a Data Team Lead to own the analytics agenda across Acquisition and App, guiding a team of analysts and partnering with product, marketing, and eng to drive measurable impact.

You will set a high technical bar, translate ambiguity into concrete analytics plans, and build scalable data solutions that inform decisions at executive levels. Hybrid work from Warsaw, with opportunities for international collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading analytics teams.
• Track record influencing senior stakeholders and shaping strategy through data.
• Solid understanding of modern analytics tools and methods (SQL, experimentation, statistics).
• Ability to turn ambiguous questions into analytical plans and drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the analytical agenda across Acquisition and App.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Data Analysts.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Mobile, Design, and Engineers to drive data-driven improvements.
• Define and drive analytics strategy across channels and core app experience.
• Build end-to-end data solutions including attribution, funnel instrumentation, and dashboards.
