Job summary

Nord Security, on behalf of Saily, is seeking a data-driven analyst to turn complex customer and product data into actionable business insights. You will explore user behavior, build dashboards, and present findings to product and marketing teams in a remote, globally distributed environment.

We value 3+ years of experience, strong SQL and Python or R, expertise with Looker/Tableau/Power BI, and a proactive, collaborative mindset. GA experience and SaaS/e‑commerce exposure are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a data analyst role.
• Solid SQL and Python or R for data modeling and development.
• Familiarity with customer lifecycle frameworks (LTV, churn, retention).
• Strong experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong communication, proactive problem-solving, and collaboration.
• Experience with Google Analytics.
• Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, telecommunications, or digital marketing is a plus.
• Data Science/ML interest would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define, track, and optimize key metrics for product and marketing teams.
• Analyze users and products to find opportunities and improvements.
• Develop and maintain automated reports and dashboards measuring customer behavior and product performance.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on cohorts, segmentation, and touchpoints to identify growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain data structures and reporting pipelines; support regression/time-series analyses.
• Deliver clear presentations of data-driven insights to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Support scalable analytics like attribution modeling and funnel analysis.
