Job summary

FYUL is seeking a Data Analytics Team Lead to guide analytics across the Supply domain in a fast-growing, international environment. You will lead up to four data analysts, collaborating with product and business teams on high-impact projects.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in data analysis, 1+ year in leadership, strong SQL, Snowflake, Looker and Amplitude experience, and a passion for AI-driven workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong written & verbal English communication skills.
• Proven track record managing priorities across multiple stakeholders.
• 5+ years of professional data analysis experience.
• 1+ years leading a team of data analysts.
• Experience in product companies or marketplaces is a plus.
• Curious about applying AI in data workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of up to 4 data analysts across product and business teams.
• Guide data analysis across product areas, customer behaviour and partner performance.
• Manage performance, conduct regular 1-on-1s for workload and development.
• Drive high-impact analytical initiatives across the organisation.
• Build stakeholder relationships and manage a wide range of partners.
• Prioritise and communicate the analytics backlog with product heads.
