Surfshark is seeking a Data Team Lead in Warsaw to own the analytics agenda across Acquisition and App, leading a team of Data Analysts and partnering with product, marketing, and engineering to drive measurable outcomes.

You will define the analytics strategy, mentor a team, and act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, turning ambiguous questions into clear analytical plans and impactful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading analytics teams.
• Influence senior stakeholders and shape strategy through data.
• Strong SQL, experimentation, and statistical reasoning.
• Ability to turn ambiguous business questions into clear analytical plans.

Responsibilities

• Define analytics strategy across acquisition channels and the core app experience.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of analytics professionals.
• Act as a strategic thought partner to executives and cross-functional leadership.
• Own end-to-end data solutions from attribution to dashboards used for decision making.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Mobile to convert growth challenges into data-driven improvements.
• Sharpen workflows and analytics infrastructure to drive efficiency and outcomes.
