Job summary

DCG Poland is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to lead discovery, map processes and data flows, and translate requirements for Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI. You will work across KPI owners, reporting teams and multiple geographies to ensure clear ownership, validation and sign-off.

The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, governance awareness, and experience guiding UAT and business readiness while delivering tangible improvements in reporting and processes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as Business Analyst across data or process transformation.
• Strong requirements skills: workshops, interviews, user stories.
• Ability to map KPI data definitions and business rules.
• Experience communicating with senior stakeholders.
• Experience supporting UAT and business readiness.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead discovery with KPI owners and teams.
• Map current processes, data flows, and future state.
• Gather and prioritise requirements and user stories.
• Define KPI metadata, calculations, and audit trail.
• Translate requirements into inputs for Power Platform/BI.
• Coordinate UAT and business readiness.
• Act as liaison between business and BI/Power Platform teams.
