Job summary

DCG Poland seeks an Application Administrator – Data & Reporting Solutions to manage the lifecycle of critical applications and optimise data flows. You will work with Snowflake and Power BI to deliver reliable reporting, collaborating with stakeholders across business and risk functions.

This role emphasizes data quality, security, and scalable solutions, with opportunities to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in application management or IT systems support.
• Strong incident, problem and change management knowledge.
• Experience with Snowflake and Power BI for data reporting.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Understanding of IT risk, security and compliance requirements.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of business-critical applications.
• Monitor and optimise application performance and data flows.
• Identify automation opportunities and improve data quality.
• Coordinate incidents, problems and changes with internal teams and external vendors.
• Support root-cause analysis of data-related issues.
• Ensure applications meet risk, security, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain reliable reporting solutions based on Snowflake and Power BI.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business, technology, procurement and risk.
• Assist requirements gathering and prioritisation for enhancements.
• Contribute to scalable, future-ready solutions.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional initiatives.
