Job summary

Siemens Software is seeking a Business Analyst in Poland to bridge Finance and software teams, gathering requirements and supporting data-driven solutions. You will improve reporting and processes by collaborating across functions, delivering dashboards in Power BI or Tableau, and translating business needs into technical specs.

You will partner with finance stakeholders, design solutions, validate with UAT, and create documentation to enable scalable analytics and reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau for data analysis and dashboard creation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong documentation and requirements management abilities.
Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

Partner with Finance stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear functional and technical requirements.
Support solution design by ensuring proposed functionality aligns with business objectives.
Validate delivered solutions through user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate issue resolution.
Create and maintain functional documentation, process maps, and training materials.
Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau to support operational and financial decision-making.
Monitor key business and operational metrics and provide actionable insights.
