Job summary

Ework Group is seeking a MS Power Platform Developer for a hybrid role in Poland (Gdansk/Gdynia/Warsaw). You will join the Integrated Risk Management Application (IRMA) project, focusing on Power Platform, data handling and risk management across the bank.

The role requires expertise in Power Apps, Power BI and Power Automate, plus MS SQL and DAX. You will contribute to data visualization, ETL and compliance-aware solutions within an agile environment.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate) and Excel.
• Strong MS SQL and DAX proficiency.
• Experience with ETL, data models and data optimization.
• Risk, compliance or audit experience is an advantage.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Streamline and optimise non-financial risk management across the company.
• Support the Integrated Risk Management Application (IRMA) for the three lines of defence.
• Transform and modernise how risk management is performed and tracked.
• Ensure the tool is intuitive and easy to engage with by users.
