Job summary

itD is seeking a Data Analyst to transform raw data into actionable insights, automate processes, and develop data-driven solutions that support effective decision-making. Location: Krakow, Lesser Poland. Duration: 12 months.

We hire direct W2 candidates only and do not offer sponsorship. Responsibilities include designing interactive Power BI dashboards, automating workflows with Power Automate, building Power Apps, and analyzing data with Excel, SQL, and Python.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards to track key performance indicators and support data-driven decision-making.
• Automate repetitive business processes using Power Automate to improve operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain custom business applications using Power Apps to address organizational needs.
• Clean, transform, and analyze data using Excel and SQL queries to produce accurate and actionable insights.
• Develop Python scripts using Pandas and NumPy to automate complex data processing and support advanced analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data requirements and translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
• Communicate analytical findings and recommendations clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
