Philip Morris International (PMI) is seeking a seasoned data governance leader to define and drive the enterprise data governance framework within GBS and across PMI data ecosystems. You will lead the glossary, ontology, data definitions, and ensure compliance, data privacy, and quality while partnering with Data Product teams and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Establish, implement and evolve the GBS Data Governance framework.
• Lead the GBS Business Glossary, Ontology and data definitions.
• Govern data access, sharing, and stewardship across platforms.
• Drive data quality and metadata management initiatives.
• Partner with Data Product teams to embed governance principles.
• Coordinate stakeholders across PMI Tech and business units.
• Promote a data-driven culture through governance awareness.
• Support GBS Spoke analytics and intelligence agenda.
