Sii Poland is seeking a skilled Data Engineer to join our team in Warsaw and contribute to the migration and modernization of data and analytics processes. You will work with Google BigQuery, Dataform, and Python, collaborating closely with analytics and data engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions that drive business insights.

This role requires working from the client's office in Warsaw once a month, with the rest of the time spent in a collaborative office environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in mass data processing.
• Proficient in SQL with hands-on BigQuery experience.
• Familiarity with Dataform on GCP or willingness to learn.
• Python experience for data analytics and engineering.
• Analytical mindset with ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong English and Polish communication, residing in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Migrate data and analytics processes to Google BigQuery using Dataform and dbt.
• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and analytics solutions with BigQuery, Dataform, SQL, and Python.
• Contribute to modernization of Analytics Data Platform on Google Cloud Platform.
• Participate in evaluating and co-creating work standards and QA best practices.
• Proactively propose ideas and optimizations for data processes and analytics.
• Collaborate with analytics, data engineering, and business teams to translate needs into scalable solutions.
