Job summary

EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) Poland seeks a Senior Consultant to support infrastructure and energy projects with German clients. You will work across planning, design, and implementation phases, delivering technical analyses, reports, and client-ready solutions.

Fluency in German and English, plus 3–4 years in similar roles, is required. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with travel as needed and collaboration across multinational teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering, energy tech, civil engineering, or related field.
• 3–4 years of professional experience in infrastructure or transmission grid projects.
• Hands-on experience in project controls (cost, schedule, quality) and knowledge of German standards (VDE/DIN).
• Fluent German and English language skills.
• High willingness to travel based on project needs.

Responsibilities

• Full life-cycle consulting for infrastructure and engineering projects.
• Provide consulting support across planning, design, and implementation phases of infrastructure engineering works.
• Conduct technical assessments and feasibility studies to define project requirements, risks, and constraints.
• Develop, review, and monitor engineering plans, specifications, schedules, and cost estimates.
• Support project controls activities, including cost, schedule, and quality management.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions.
• Participate in business and operational transformation projects within infrastructure and energy sectors.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for successful delivery.
