Job summary

Beiersdorf Poland is seeking a curious, data-driven student to join our Supply Chain Controlling team in Poznań on a hybrid basis. You will analyze datasets, support reporting improvements, and help design smarter digital solutions that enable better business decisions.

You'll work 30 hours per week (3 days in the office, 2 days home‑office), develop Excel and Power Query skills, and potentially gain exposure to AI tools and automation as part of coursework and projects.

Qualifications

• Student in Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Finance or related field
• Strong analytical mindset and curiosity about systems and processes
• Good Excel (Pivot tables, formulas) and Power Query
• Interest in AI and automation; basic coding or simple automations
• Passion for efficient solutions and pattern discovery
• Attention to detail and problem-solving
• English proficiency (min. B2)
• Availability of at least 30 hours per week (3 days in the office in POZNAŃ, 2 days Home‑Office)
