Job summary

Exavalu Solutions India Pvt Ltd is seeking a senior sales leader to drive revenue growth for the Data & Analytics practice. This remote role focuses on building alliances with hyperscalers and data platforms, leading large deals, and shaping data-driven solutions aligned to client outcomes.

You will expand accounts, manage partner ecosystems, and lead co-sell initiatives across Azure, AWS, GCP, Databricks, and Snowflake, while guiding RFPs and deal structuring in a global context.

Qualifications

• 12–18+ years of experience in sales, alliances, or business development in Data & Analytics.
• Strong understanding of data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake).
• Proven track record of closing large, complex deals.
• Experience managing strategic alliances and partner ecosystems.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive sales strategy for Data & Analytics offerings across key markets.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline across data engineering, analytics, AI/ML, and cloud data platforms.
• Lead large deals, client pitches, and commercial negotiations.
• Establish and grow strategic partnerships with hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, GCP) and data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, etc.).
• Drive joint go-to-market initiatives, co-sell programs, and partner-led opportunities.
• Manage partner relationships, certifications, and alliance performance metrics.
• Shape data-driven solutions aligned to client business outcomes.
• Collaborate with architecture and delivery teams to build compelling proposals and value propositions.
• Support RFPs, estimations, and deal structuring.
• Identify new market opportunities, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
• Define offerings, accelerators, and differentiated value propositions in the data space.
• Drive branding and thought leadership in Data & Analytics.
• Engage with CXOs and senior stakeholders to position data transformation initiatives.
• Expand existing accounts and drive cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
• Act as a trusted advisor for data modernization and analytics strategy.
