Job summary

Exavalu Solutions India Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Data & Analytics Practice Leader to drive growth, delivery, and transformation across data engineering, BI, AI/ML, cloud analytics, and governance.

You will lead large-scale data programs, build consulting and pre-sales capabilities, and manage CXO-level relationships while developing high-performing teams and reusable accelerators. This is a remote-first role with flexibility to work with global clients.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale data transformation programs.
• Proven ability to engage CXOs and stakeholders.
• Ability to build consulting and pre-sales capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the Data & Analytics practice, including strategy, capability development, and revenue growth.
• Drive business development, solutioning, and pre-sales activities for enterprise data and analytics opportunities.
• Engage with CXOs and business stakeholders to define data transformation roadmaps and analytics strategies.
• Build and manage offerings across Data Engineering, BI & Visualization, Cloud Data Platforms, AI/ML, Data Governance, and Advanced Analytics.
• Own end-to-end delivery governance for large data transformation and modernization programs.
• Develop reusable accelerators, frameworks, and best practices to improve delivery efficiency and quality.
