Job summary

Exavalu Solutions India Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Onshore Delivery Leader to drive end-to-end delivery for a strategic client account in a remote capacity. You will serve as the primary onshore contact, ensuring successful delivery, fostering strong client relationships, and identifying opportunities for account growth across a global onshore-offshore model.

The role requires 15+ years of IT delivery leadership, governance expertise, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

15+ years of IT delivery management or delivery leadership experience with client-facing responsibilities.
Experience managing large, complex multi-project programs in a global onshore-offshore model.
Strong program governance, project execution, delivery management, and stakeholder engagement.
Experience managing project financials, resource planning, forecasting, and account profitability.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and executive stakeholder management.
Vendor relationship management and cross-functional delivery teams experience.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, CS, or related field.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery across multiple projects, ensuring scope, budget, timeline, and quality.
Serve as primary onshore liaison for customer business and IT stakeholders, building trusted partnerships.
Establish and maintain program governance, conduct status reviews, and manage risks and escalations.
Collaborate with offshore delivery managers, project managers, and technical teams for seamless execution.
Drive continuous improvement, identify value-added opportunities, and contribute to account growth.
Monitor delivery risks, regulatory compliance, and operational controls with mitigation strategies.
Manage project financials, resource planning, forecasting, utilization, and profitability across the account.
Provide executive-level reporting on program health, milestones, and business outcomes.
Oversee vendor relationships and coordinate cross-functional delivery teams.
