Job summary

Synerise is looking for a Data Analyst to join the Business Development Team in Kraków. You will turn complex data into clear insights, build dashboards, and translate findings into practical recommendations for clients and internal teams.

You will work with the Synerise data platform, apply web analytics, Excel, Power BI and Power Query, and collaborate across Customer Success, Product Development, Marketing, and Business Development to drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in data analytics.
Experience with the Synerise platform or a similar tool, or exposure to such platforms from the client side.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to dissect complex data and extract actionable insights.
Knowledge of web analytics.
Very good knowledge and experience in MS Excel.
Ability to infer and synthesize data across sources – Power Query, Power BI.
Ability to tell stories with data for non-technical teams.
Teamwork and collaboration across departments.
Time management, meeting deadlines, accuracy and curiosity.
Prioritization and problem-solving skills.
Motivation to continually develop knowledge.

Responsibilities

Turn complex data into clear insights through analyses, reports, and dashboards.
Collaborate with internal teams and participate in meetings with key customers.
Prepare insights and translate findings into practical recommendations based on real use cases.
Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across analyses.
Suggest improvements and new analytical capabilities to support platform development.
