Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Lead Data Analyst (Power BI) to bridge business needs with technical analytics. You will translate requirements, build Power BI dashboards, and help shape a Data-Driven culture across client projects. You will mentor the Power BI analyst team and work with DWH architects and data engineers.

This role emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders, defining reporting standards, and leading analytics initiatives within the Data & Analytics Competency Center in Kraków.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in developing and enhancing Power BI analytics and data work.
• Experience as a Tech Lead / Lead Developer / Senior Consultant.
• Knowledge of Data Governance, semantic modeling, and best reporting practices.
• Fluent communication in Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate goals into analytics and Power BI dashboards.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and analytics reporting solutions.
• Define reporting standards and governance practices in Power BI and Data Governance.
• Cooperate with data developers (ETL), data architects, and DevOps/FinOps.
• Lead and mentor the analytics team, providing substantive support to analysts.
• Represent the organization at industry conferences and market events.
