Job summary

Aon sp. z o.o. in Kraków seeks a Data Analyst for Construction & Infrastructure to support global analytics, dashboards and reporting. You will work with CRM, finance and production data to deliver reliable insights, driving growth and performance across projects worldwide.

The role focuses on ETL, data modeling and building advanced dashboards, with training and user support. This position offers a 50/50 hybrid work model on a contract of employment.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and experience with large datasets.
• Advanced Excel and BI tools experience.
• Experience with CRM and enterprise systems and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Produce clear, accurate sales and pipeline reports with high data quality.
• Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests and define requirements with stakeholders.
• Combine data from multiple sources to deliver actionable insights at scale.
• Turn business needs into dashboards and reports, improving solutions where needed.
• Validate and reconcile data across dashboards and CRM, fixing issues at source.
• Collaborate with global teams to maintain data accuracy and consistency.
• Build and improve Power BI dashboards following UX and branding standards.
• Own analytics product lifecycle from requirements to deployment and improvement.
• Support users with training, documentation and day-to-day guidance.
• Manage workload independently and contribute to team projects.
