Job summary

Aon in Kraków is looking for a Transfer Pricing Analyst who enjoys analyzing data and shaping tax decisions in a global environment. The role is hybrid, with time split between the Kraków office and virtual work, and offers exposure to international transfer pricing practices.

You will prepare transfer pricing documentation, collect and validate data, perform financial analyses using Excel, Power BI, and Alteryx, and support tax audits and cross-functional projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Fluent English with ability to communicate complex topics clearly.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and financial modelling.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and maintaining transfer pricing documentation (local files, master file, and CbC support) and supporting compliance processes.
• Collecting, validating, and analysing financial and operational data related to intercompany transactions.
• Performing financial and economic analyses, including benchmarking and profitability reviews.
• Reviewing and reconciling intercompany transaction data for compliance, planning, and audit readiness.
• Collaborating with finance, business, and tax teams to ensure accurate data flow.
• Conducting research on global transfer pricing regulations and summarising implications.
• Supporting tax audits through preparation of analyses and documentation.
• Contributing to process improvements, tools, and controls for transfer pricing and tax activities.
• Preparing clear communications and presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Participating in project work related to transfer pricing and broader tax initiatives
