Job summary

Aon plc in Kraków is seeking a Process Improvement, Data and Automation Manager to lead initiatives that improve efficiency, governance and data-driven decision-making across the business. Qualifications

Experience delivering improvements in workflows, mechanization and data initiatives in regulated environments.
Strong data literacy and ability to translate insights into practical improvements.
Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Proficient written and spoken English.
Knowledge of workflow, automation or low-code technologies like Power Automate or RPA.
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration.

Responsibilities

Define and lead strategy for process improvement, automation and data governance, aligned with business priorities and standards.
Identify, prioritise and deliver a pipeline of improvements that drive efficiency, controls and decision-making.
Partner with Business Governance and the wider business to secure agreement and adoption of new solutions.
Lead change and project delivery activities with measurable benefits.
Analyse processes and information to find opportunities for simplification, automation and AI-enabled solutions.
Develop and enhance dashboards, reporting and data visualisations to support governance decisions.
Improve data quality and accessibility by collaborating with data owners and SMEs.
Ensure all improvements align with Risk Management Framework and regulatory requirements.
