Job summary

Vention is hiring a Data Analyst in Wroclaw, Poland to help ensure data accuracy across our warehouse and ETL processes.

You'll work with Python, SQL and PostgreSQL, collaborating with engineers and analysts to improve data quality and reliable reporting.

This is a hybrid, full-time role with benefits including private medical care, AI tool licenses, and training resources.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• Experience with Python and SQL.
• Experience with data warehouses, ideally PostgreSQL.
• Understanding of ETL processes and data quality profiling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• B2 English level, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Check data accuracy and consistency across our data warehouse (PostgreSQL).
• Work through ETL processes to profile data and identify quality issues.
• Trace anomalies back to their root cause.
• Document the business rules that govern the data.
