Job summary

Vention is looking for a capable Business Analyst to join our Warsaw team. You will contribute at every stage of the project lifecycle, including pre-sales activities, and ensure clear communication between clients and internal teams.

You’ll document requirements, create detailed prototypes, and support planning. The role requires at least 2 years’ IT BA experience, strong English (B2+), and proven documentation skills. Hybrid, full-time, salary from 8000 PLN gross.

• Strong English communication for client-facing work.
• Ability to document requirements and specifications clearly.
• Proven ability to produce comprehensive product documentation.

• Actively contribute at every stage of the project lifecycle, including participation in pre-sales activities
• Ensure seamless communication between clients and internal teams to align expectations and deliverables

• Create detailed prototypes and mockups to support functional understanding and project planning

What you bring

• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience as a Business Analyst in the IT industry
• A strong passion for Business Analysis and a clear drive for continuous professional growth
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher, with experience in client‑facing communication
• Proven ability to produce comprehensive product documentation, including requirements and specifications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and influence stakeholders
