Vention, a global engineering partner, is seeking a Data Analyst in Łódź. You will check data accuracy, profile data through ETL, and trace anomalies to root causes while documenting business rules to keep the data warehouse reliable.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• Proficient in Python and SQL.
• Experience with data warehouses, ideally PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of ETL processes and data quality profiling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• B2 English level, both written and spoken.

What you'll do

• Check data accuracy and consistency across our data warehouse (PostgreSQL)
• Work through ETL processes to profile data and identify quality issues
• Trace anomalies back to their root cause
• Document the business rules that govern the data
• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to keep the data warehouse reliable and well understood

What you bring

• 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst
• Experience with Python and SQL
• Experience working with data warehouses, ideally PostgreSQL
• Understanding of ETL processes and data quality profiling
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
• B2 English level, both written and spoken
