Job summary

Vention is seeking a Business Analyst in Gdansk, Poland, to join a global engineering team. You will participate in the full project lifecycle, support pre-sales activities, and ensure clear communication between clients and internal teams.

You will document requirements and manage changes throughout software development, while creating prototypes to aid planning.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst in the IT industry.
• Strong passion for Business Analysis and continuous professional growth.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher, with client-facing experience.
• Proven ability to produce comprehensive product documentation, including requirements and specifications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly articulate ideas and influence stakeholders.
